Mental Health Advocate London Thursdays
Service Description
Equips individuals, groups, supervisors and managers to recognise the signs of mental ill health among their peers and staff and friends or communities to have the confidence to open supportive, respectful conversations that provide support and signpost pathways to professional and other help they need. The course covers all aspects of mental ill health that may show up in the workplace or socially and provides trainees with the knowledge and skills to be able to take on a secondary role in their workplace as mental health first responders or provide that to friends, family, communities. It is also ideal for managers and HR professionals who want to build mentally healthy workplace cultures and reduce the costs to their business of mental ill health.
