Participants explore realistic workplace situations and practise how they might respond in super-friendly, supportive lessons suitable for all personalities from introvert to extrovert and everywhere in between !

   

      The programme includes:

  • recognising changes in colleagues or friends and family

  • observation exercises

  • helpful and unhelpful language

  • asking someone if they're okay in various ways

  • listening skills

  • the Stress Bucket

  • anxiety, depression, stress and burnout

  • trauma and its effects

  • responding to distress, including conversations around suicide

  • boundaries and confidentiality

  • signposting and professional support

  • realistic workplace scenarios

  • reflection and action planning

Our training is evidence-informed and developed with reference to recognised guidance relating to mental health, workplace wellbeing, stress and psychological support.
